A native of Arkansas, Corin Nemec is an American actor, producer and screenwriter with a career spanning well over two decades.
Inspired to become an actor by watching the movie “The Goonies” as a kid, he made his initial splash in a big way by immediately landing the lead role of the title character in the FOX Network series Parker Lewis Can’t Lose from 1990 to 1993.  Also in 1993, Nemec went on to appear in the epic six-hour miniseries “The Stand”, adapted from Stephen King’s novel and co-starring Gary Sinise, Molly Ringwald, Kathy Bates and more.
Over the course of several years, Nemec’s credits would go on to include series like CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, Tales From The Crypt, Smallville, and The Ghost Whisperer.  In 2002, he landed the role of “Jonas Quinn” on the long-running sci-fi series Stargate SG-1, eventually replacing for some time Michael Shanks (“Daniel Jackson”) as a series regular.  In 2010, Nemec began recurring as Christian Campbell — a cousin to the Winchesters and a fellow hunter — for several episodes of the current  CW series Supernatural.  More recently, he has appeared in several genre films including the independently-produced “Star Trek: Renegades” (alongside Trek actors such as Walter Koenig, Tim Russ, Robert Picardo and more).
